Elsahair aims for all customers to be fully satisfied with every hair extension purchase. However, if the need arises, please review our refund and return policy guidelines below.

Refund requests for hair extensions must be made within 14 days of receiving your shipment. We will review each case and issue refunds where appropriate based on these criterion:

  • Product damage or defects not caused by misuse
  • Errors in shipment contents/quantities
  • Products substantially differing from descriptions
  • Duplicate orders accidentally shipped

Refunds are provided in the original payment form and processed within 3-5 business days once approved.

Return Process

Should you wish to return hair extensions, please carefully pack the unused product and enclose your order confirmation specifying reasons. Return shipping costs must be prepaid by the customer. Once received at our facility, returns are inspected then accepted or rejected for refund based on policy. Approved refunds credits are issued within approximately one week in the same payment form.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange hair extensions for a similar alternative, please contact customer service specifying your order details and preferred exchange product for consideration. Subject to availability and quality assurance screening, we will aim to arrange shipment of the replacement item after receiving the returned original purchase. Exchange shipping will be covered by Elsahair.

Damaged or Defective Items

On rare occasions, hair extensions may arrive damaged or with quality defects not evident before shipment. Please provide photos of any noted issues for our quality assurance review. Subject to verification, we will arrange prompt shipment of replacement extensions without need to return the defective units.
